End-user licence agreement

1. Who may use it

Group Books Review is a private tool licensed only to its owner, Emmanuel, for use with QuickBooks Online companies he owns or is authorised to manage. No one else is granted a licence.

2. What it does

With the authorising user's permission, it reads accounting data and reports from QuickBooks Online and posts journal entries the owner has approved. It does not delete QuickBooks data.

3. Authorisation

Access to a QuickBooks company is granted only by an administrator of that company through Intuit's standard sign-in and consent screen. It can be withdrawn at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks Online.

4. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The user remains responsible for reviewing all entries and for the accuracy of their books.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tool.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
